Local-only EXIF scan. Nothing is sent to a server. Your photo stays on your device.

Upload a photo to inspect hidden location metadata

Choose any image file and see whether it contains GPS coordinates, timestamps, camera details, or other hidden EXIF tags. Then remove the metadata before sharing.

How this works

Photos stored on your phone often include an invisible EXIF data packet. That packet can contain:

  • GPS coordinates
  • camera make and model
  • date and time taken
  • orientation, shutter speed, and more

When you export the image from a canvas, the resulting file is stripped of this metadata.
